Thursday, September 12, the Cedar Rapids Housing Department is holding a Landlord Orientation Expo in Beems Auditorium at the Cedar Rapids Public Library downtown. This FREE Expo is geared toward owners, managers, leasing agents, and maintenance staff.
Because this falls on our regular meeting day and time, we are forgoing our September meeting at the Longbranch and encouraging our members to attend. As you can see by the agenda, they have a great day planned with some excellent programs on current issues. Don’t miss this!
